Interested in Becoming A Primary Care Patient?
Little Flower Family Medicine is based on a model of care called an Ideal Medical Practice. This model aims to provide high-quality, patient-centered collaborative care; unfettered access, continuity, and extreme efficiency.  In order to ensure this quality of care, the physicians limit the total number of primary care patients in their patient panels.

Chastity Aubuchon, FNP:   Chastity will be out of the office through April 28th.  During this time, we are only accepting >6 week old breastfeeding newborns.
